As an event host, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring events comply with local laws
• Managing attendee expectations and safety
• Handling refunds and cancellations appropriately
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

For paid events:

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
• Refunds are subject to the host's cancellation policy
• Service fees may apply to transactions
